बीसीसीआई की इच्छा है कि विराट कोहली की टेस्ट क्रिकेट से संन्यास की योजना को बदल दे !
विराट कोहली ने अपने शानदार करियर को अगर थम जाता हैं तो उन्होंने जो अपने करियर मैं जो 14 साल तक खेल का प्रदर्शन किया जिसमें 123 टेस्ट खेले हैं जिनमें से उन्होंने 68 टेस्ट कप्तान के रूप में खेले उसमे खेलते हुए 46.88 की औसत से 9235 रन बनाए जो एक शानदार स्कोर हैं।
If Virat Kohli’s brilliant career comes to a halt, then he has played 123 Tests for 14 years in his career, out of which he played 68 Tests as captain, in which he scored 9235 runs at an average of 46.88, which is a great score.
देखा जाये तो कोहली के लिए यह फार्मेट कुछ खास नहीं था , जब उन्होंने नवंबर 2024 में पर्थ टेस्ट में नाबाद 100 रन बनाए तो यह जुलाई 2023 पोर्ट ऑफ स्पेन में वेस्टइंडीज के खिलाफ के बाद से टेस्ट में उनका पहला शतक था उनके औसत की बात की जाये तो 2019 में पुणे में दक्षिण अफ्रीका के खिलाफ जब नाबाद 254 रन बनाये थे वो अपनी करियर की सर्वश्रेष्ठ पारी खेलने के बाद अपने चरम पर 55.15 था और अगर पिछले 24 महीनों का रिकार्ड देखाजाये तो 32.60 रहा है।

विराट कोहली को बीसीसीआई का नया अनुबंध में सर्वोच्च श्रेणी (ए+) में शामिल किया गया है जो एक बेहतर खिलाडी के लिए होता जो क्रिकेट के तीनो फॉर्मेट टी २० ,oneday , टेस्ट जो तीनों अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रारूप खेलते हैं। कोहली ने पिछले साल भारत के विश्व कप जीतने के बाद टी20 से संन्यास लेने की घोषणा की थी अगर कोहली टेस्ट से भी संन्यास लेते होंगे तो वो केवल एकदिवसीय क्रिकेट ही खेल पांएंगे !
Virat Kohli has been included in the highest category (A+) in the new BCCI contract which is for a better player who plays all three formats of cricket T20, one day, test, all three international formats. Kohli had announced his retirement from T20 last year after India won the World Cup. If Kohli retires from Tests as well, he will be able to play only one-day cricket!
विराट कोहली ने पहले ही बीसीसीआई को अपनी इच्छा बताई थी क्योकि जो 20 जून से इंग्लैंड में शुरू होने वाली पांच मैचों की बड़ी सीरीज से पहले टेस्ट क्रिकेट से संन्यास लेने की इच्छा जताई है क्योकि उन्हें लगता हैं की वो शायद इस सीरीज का हिस्सा हो सकते हैं देखते हुए वो बीसीसीआई के अधिकारियों से इस बारे मैं बात कर रहे हैं !
Virat Kohli had already told BCCI about his desire to retire from Test cricket before the big five-match series starting in England from June 20 because he feels that he can be a part of this series, considering which he is talking to BCCI officials about this!
